Why would it have been easier of Tally to activate the pendeant when she got to the smoke? explain.
I think it would have been easier for her because now that she has been in the smoke long enough, shes learned more about it and now doesnt want anyone to destroy whats there. If he activated it whenever she would of first gotten there, then she wouldnt care as much because she didnt know anything about the city.
